Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased through our store. Exceptions will only be made if an item is determined to be defective by staff at Busy Bee Smoke Shop. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation and a description of the issue or visit the store with the defective product. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps if applicable.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

All purchases made through our website will be delivered via courier to the shipping address provided at checkout. Orders must be placed during store hours to qualify for our 1–3 hour delivery window. Orders submitted outside of store hours will be processed and delivered once the store reopens.

You will receive an SMS text message when your delivery is en route, including an estimated delivery time. Shipping is not available. Age will be verified prior to scheduling delivery.

Please note: Delivery is currently available only within the Metro-Atlanta, GA area.
